woot first
Also, by blackmailing Koutack rather than saying anything at all about Kinar and Serid, doesn't Amo just confirm Koutack's fears? Wouldn't he realise that if Amo & Kinar had nothing to hide there would be no need to blackmail?
Also, Anders really is speaking, and not Amo having delusions.
I'm not saying that Amo's reaction to his meddling hasn't in his mind added to his suspicions, of course. However, he did just learn that approaching a master of secrets for personal information on others is more than a little costly.
You might even say that a third twist has been revealed in Amo's final repartee, in that she observes that Ander's interests in the matter are more than a little personal. Amocin...thank you for a very enjoyable story!
Though I find it just as interesting that Amo is collecting all these secrets and how her concerns for Kinar seem to both be similar and differ from Koutack.

And to add to that, Anders isn't just a pervy yet loyal dragon! He can talk, and definitely doesn't like the relationship between Serid and Kinar, and we did see him butt in on their sex before, moving Serid aside so he could get at Kinar more intimately than Serid despite Serid still joining for a spitroast.
Which also begs the inquiry. If that big red dragon we saw before turned out to be Drogan, who can transform from dragon to tauren, can Anders himself turn into a different form, and if so, has it been anyone that any of the characters has interacted with before? The plot thickens!
For a thorough run-down of their background, I suggest the following reading material:

http://www.wowpedia.org/How_to_roleplay_a_worgen
I must admit, this development has confused the hell out of me right now.
I also still ponder about Anders and the possibility that he may be able to transform into another form like Drogan. We saw Drogan has normal eyes in both dragon and tauren form, but Anders has glowing eyes. If he can transform into something else, I wouldn't be surprised if he was a death knight himself. But that's just my speculation.
for Koutack: "She's my daughter, and he's a tauren, i.e. a member of the Horde, i.e. one of those murdering monsters that stole our homeland." A nasty alchemy of overprotectiveness and bigotry (deplorable, but not entirely unjustified).
for Anders: "She's my caretaker, my rider, and the person I care about most in the world. And at some point, I realized I love her. And before I could do anything about it, this damned tauren showed up...."
... well, that latter is just guesswork, but the most natural interpretation of the last panel of this comic and that whole surprise menage-a-trois back in Shadowmoon Valley.
And we don't even know why Kinar sometimes has glowy eyes and turns into a high level druid.
Like ohers I like Koutak less and less, especially as it now looks like that his protective side stems from his guilt rather than love for Kinar.
Oh, and lets not forget that turning Kinar into a worgen was probably also the starting point of her husband turning into a death knight bend on world domination.
Nicely done.
I can't help it, but he rubs me the wrong way right now. I also don't mind if my opinion changes again in the future. It's something that keeps a story interesting, especially as you show us more and more details.
It was the same back with Babylon 5, especially Londo and G'kar. The way they changed as the series went on.
also.....ANDERS CAN TALK!?!?
Remembering back to the campfire scene where he... interrupted seems a bit more rape'y now...
And to me, Anders definitely seems both jealous of Serid, and possessive (in a bad way) of Kinar.
The way she acquires everyone's secrets, you'd think she'd be a spy or something. But you consider what she knows and how she uses it, she more or less uses them for her entertainment, leverage or to get certain outcome out of people.
Unlike other dragons, Anders does not speak, though he seems to understand what others are saying clearly and can follow more complex commands then a domesticated pet.
Now he speaks.
Doesn't mean can not speak.
Also sometimes I make the bio's misleading to prevent spoilers. For example, Drogans species was listed as "Tauren" up until in comic it was reviled that he was a red dragon. But it did have clues in the bio, such as his hate for Orcs.
I mean throwing in twists like this one just "WoW" and yes I had to throw in a pun. Your comic is giving me a great way to pass the time I hope to keep on reading it. KEEP IT UP!
I get no internet a couple days and see what happens!
Then Anders speaks? I fell from the Chair!
I confess that I was somewhat surprised, as it mounts do not speak!
My cloud serpent spoke to me not...yet!^^
But what leaves me with fears, is the fact of this being a secret that only love seems to know (there should be a good story behind this), and that Anders is somewhat hostile to the presence of Koutak and envious of the relationship of Kinar and Serid!
A beautiful surprise Amocin! Very good job!!!!
